China Govt Banned Windows 8 on May 20, Beijing banned government computers using Microsoft's latest operating system Windows 8. This command is the Beijing Central Government Procurement Center released, is part of the notification on the use of energy-saving products.
The report says that this notice is published online last week. Microsoft said in a statement, "We are surprised that the notification referred to in Windows 8." Microsoft said, they have been actively cooperating with Beijing and other government agencies to meet all government procurement requirements.
Beijing News Agency did not explain how this ban has a relationship with the use of energy-saving products and how it can ensure safety.
According to former CEO Steve Ballmer told employees reported in 2011 that because of plagiarism, even if Microsoft's sales in China to catch up sales in the U.S., but in China the income earned even less than the Netherlands.
